EI BLOT TIL LYST is a performance commissioned of the tripple bill KOREORAMA 03 for The Royal Danish Ballet in Copenhagen.

Above the Old Stage in Copenhagen the four words “EI BLOT TIL LYST“, which means “Not Just for Pleasure“. The words are reminding the audience that what is presented on the stage is not just for pure enjoyment. In close collaboration with the dancers, Linn is exploring the serious implication of these four words, but also allowing a new perspective. Because who decided the rules? And in a time where the world outside the theatre is chaotic and messy, escapism is tempting. If there’s nothing left, just for pleasure - then what is it all for?
